You should consult your doctor before beginning any vigorous exercise program, especially if you are very out of shape. But you can begin with light exercise such as walking. Just make sure to start with a walk for about 15 minutes, and then rest. If you can't catch your breath after a minute, then you need to slow down. Note that this is assuming you do not have any knee, hip, or back problems.

Whoa u should check with your doctor asap before u start excercising. It would really suck if u collapesed while doing something u thought was going to improve your health but really didn't. Try yoga.. mental health can help physical health as well.

You can do a lot of small stuff around the house. Like if you have carpet vacuum and stretch as you do it. Sit in front of the T.V and do curls with weights. every night before bed you can do a couple of crunches.
I do this because I hate to work out and it seem to work okay.

Of course you can. Walk at least a mile a day. Drink plenty of water. No sodas. No smoking. No french fries. No drugs. And quit visiting the crack hoes down the street.

Hi, I think, first of all, you should refer a specialist doc. and be sure that you are in a good health condition. The doctor would advise you what you should do.
Good luck.
