hook it's video out to a dvd recorder, or to your PC (With a TV card in it if it won't plug into your computer without one).

On a PC, use Windows Movie Maker (Or another video editor) to record (capture) it, then use a DVD burner program (Like WinDVD burner) to burn it.

On a DVD recorder, just use it like a VCR (You need to plug your DVR into it)

you can hook a dvd recorder to a dvr and record off of it that way. it's just like recording a program off of live tv.
