Love both.But Simpsons had proven staying power being on the air much longer than any other animated show.Its humor tends to be less harsh than Family Guy.The jokes reach a broader range of people.Family guy also uses a lot of obscure references that leave a lot of people confused or offended.Simpsons is simply more intelligent humor.Not that its better because of it.they really do have a great writing staff.Again,to keep a show like that on the air for so long is no accident.See if Family makes it to its sixteenth season.Family Guy was originally canceled by Fox and only brought back after the DVD's were released and created demand for the show again.

man oh man this is a hard question....i love them both
i love the simpson, with the doughnuts and the drooling and the long blue hair! (lol)
but family guy is soOoOoO funny! lol "pow right in the kisser! pow right in the kisser!" lol good times, good times. Why not get 2 tvs (plasma screens please! lol) and watch both at the same time?! but if I had to choose, I would say Family Guy because I've seen almost every episode of the simpsons at least 3 times, but with family guy they dont do as many reruns! have a nice day! :)
(i love the one where peter eats the nickels and then him and lois are in bed and you can hear the 'ching' sound of the money getting faster and faster.....lol)

The Simpsons! I like Family Guy too, but Homer is so much more lovable than Peter.

Family Guy because they are so stupid and funny. simpsons is still a good show but family guy is funnier

Definitely The Simpsons! for us, Europeans, it's one of the symbols of the US :) in a good way, of course :)
