Don't bluff or lie or pretend. Ask their advice, make it clear you understand they are more knowledgeable than you. Be their student, try to learn everything they know. Say things like "wow, i didn't know that" or "thanks, now i can do it by myself" or
"Gosh, you really know this well" and stuff when they help you.
Try to keep quiet and listen to them and learn.

Give respect to those with more experience and talent, and learn from them.

Earn the trust of the more experienced through honesty and dedication.

Ask intelligent questions, and do your very best at all times.

Others will respect your efforts to improve your own skills, and will be willing to help you learn even more.

take college courses or read books on business subjects. They will respect you more for learning, or trying to learn. Ask their advice on things you know they are more knowledgable about. Again, they will respect your willingness to learn from them.
