you can't... but first you have to go toYahoo photos and start a photo album there. Then you can put it in place of your avatar.

I dont know but I havent been able to post my 360 picture since they changed over the system the time before last..like 3 months. Yahoo says its a bug but they cant seem to fix it.

You can't have an actual picture except through 360.

go to your profile page and where it says show avatar it should say edit you avatar and ta da you can change your picture but i recommend putting your own picture on there don't hide your true self....i do it because I'm ugly and i have no pictures of myself on my computer right now

go to yahoo.com and click messenger and then u will see avatars click that... then u will see ur avatar
