How would one know if this 'cream' were indeed real, since no one could see it?

If one can make invisible cream, then one would know how to make the protective coating that lines the inside of the jar, rendering the jar visible.

The inside of the jar are coated with "non-invisible paint". This negates the whole invisible paint aspect.

It's the porcelain liner inside the glass jar that prevent that.
