Flick up? Like when he's on his back and he pushes himself up with his legs? You need very strong abs for that move.

Lie on your back, and kinda roll up onto your neck muscles. Now use your hands and head to flick yourself up.... Takes a bit of practice but hey.... I can do it!

Strong abs and a good kick. If you do it enough you'll be able to do it without putting your hands on the ground.

It's called hand spring, you have to have alot of power too, work on your body and practice it alot, than it will work.. WHY DO YOU WANT TO KNOW ANYWAY? WANT TO SHOW OFF OR SOMETHING?
