The only way to remove them for good is sclerotherapy, which is an injection of a saline solution, or laser treatments. Both must be done at a doctor's office , cosmetic spa or dermatology specialist. There are no creams or lotions that work , so beware of those.

I take a whole food nutrition and my varicose veins and spider veins started going away almost immediately. Strangely the more serious places went away first. I take Juice Plus+ fruits and veggies in a capsule along with their Vineyard (which is for veins, heart and arteries)
you can check it out at www.juiceplus.com/+Lb53116.

I still have a few spider veins left and recently heard that if you put a patch over the veins with Marigold petal that will take them away. I haven't tried that yet, but I'm going to.

Go to a vein clinic. Type that in a search engine, and put your city or a large city close to you. That should get a vein center that can do laser treatments. I've also heard crossing your legs causes them. Stop doing that.
