oh man try to google him, or ask the local town hall what would be the best approach. Maybe the police dept could also help. I wish u the best of luck.

Contact a lawyer for help about this one. But I think all you have to do is file for divorce, put it in a few papers where you think he might be or where he was last know to be and then the court will grant you a divorce by default. At least that's what my mom's lawyer told her. However, Massachusetts might be different from Wyoming.
Good luck!

Go to the local town court office and tell them the situation. If it's an uncontested divorce you should be able to complete the forms with them and just put some sort of advertisement in the newspaper of your intention to divorce him. If after a period (I don't the the amount of time you have to wait) he does not respond they should set a court date and you can tell the judge your story. All you should have to pay for is any filing fees.

All you have to do is go see a lawyer and then take the case to court. You will sent him letters to his last known address. once that is done, the lawyer will get you a court date and then your divorce will be granted couse the other party never showed up it will cost you couple hundred but hey you will be single again !!!!
