Campisi's Egyptian!!!
very 'family' friendly... (kinda like the Corleone family, if you get my drift.... great food & real authentic Italian ambience, know what I mean? badda-bing badda-boom) also reasonably priced.

the position properly outside of Chicago? there are a range of suburbs!!! Berwyn use to be heavily Italian populated so i'd commence in that section (Michael Angelo's become superb & extremely low priced) Elmwood Park is yet another section that's very Italian and that they had a eating position observed as Leona's. Oh wait, sorry that's in o.ok.Park on Madison yet that they had different places downtown and some different suburbs..Highwood too i imagine, i will attempt to discover hyperlink. Capones has tremendous brick oven pizza for extremely low priced (positioned in Elmwood Park properly on Harlem Ave) one in all my fave places become Mia Francesca's downtown in the Lakeview section. they're a touch extra on expensive section (or they were) and also have a number of places one being in yet another suburb properly outside Chicago..Naperville (i in my opinion do not evaluate it properly outside because it really is 40 5 minutes away yet...) Anyhoo there's a los angeles Sorrella di Francesca in the downtown riverwalk section.

Check in the phonebook for "Sam's Pizza, Pasta, and Subs." There are a number of them in the Metroplex, each one run by a member of the same family. There's one in Cedar Hill on the square, one in Duncanville, and I think there are some scattered around on the north side, too. Usually unpreposessing, unpretentious, good price, and very good food.

FORGET all those answers, you want "Covino's" in Plano.
It's on Independence and Parker, behind EarMark. You will find the most amazing homemade pizza and pasta there, and the cheesecake is better than sex.

seriously, it's soooo good. my dad is from Brooklyn and he says its the best pizza you can get outside of NYC. PLUS, he's a CIA master chef and he loves their food. trust me babe, it's THE best.
PLUS they dont have a liquor licence so you can drink ALL you want.....YAY!
ENJOY!
