I have found a couple in the past, but the issue is that these templates are either too generic OR more job pin pointed to not meet your needs. I learned that the hard way is the best way for business plans. Go to the book store and puchase a business plan book written by someone that has done a couple (like a Harvard teacher, etc...). I have learned that these make the best biz plans. Most importantly, make sure you build a biz plan for each person related to the company - like one for your banker, subversion for the employees, investors, stake holders, board members, etc...

Writing the Plan
What goes in a business plan? The body can be divided into four distinct sections:
1) Description of the business

4) Management
Agenda should include an executive summary, supporting documents, and financial projections.

F. Pro-forma cash flow
III. Supporting Documents
