A relaxed laid-back outlook on life. Someone who is approachable and friendly. Someone you feel safe with.
Some so-called beautiful people look downright ugly if they are vain and arrogant.

Q1 --> Ask any man or woman that question, you'll get a different answer.
Q2 --> It's a mix between the two that depends on the individual. Some people care everything for outer looks, some care very little. There always is a need for both though.
Q3 --> Communication, Patience and Compromise. Don't assume that because you see something some way, your significant other sees it exactly the same way. People misinterpret other people's words all the time. Always try and find out the meanings and intentions of a persons words, rather than just assuming they mean what you think they do.
Patience is a biggie too. It sometimes is hard not to blow up on someone, or not expect that their bad habits will disappear overnight.
Compromise is key. This means that you must be willing to make sacrifices in the name of the relationship and for your partner AND vice versa. Sometimes we have to give up one thing we want for another.

has to be a combination of the two. well more inner than outter. You know how if someone isn't that pretty but they're beautiful on the inside that that's all you see, well it's the same reversed. I don't care how beautiful you are on the outside if you're rotten on the inside it will always show!!

though some might disagree with me the truth is both inner and outer beauty, i mean would everyone here really go out with someone who has horrible acne and purple hair with hairy feet?
I am not superficial but that is just how it is. Ugly people are the only ones who always think that inner beauty matters because they wish it were true.
I agree with the other girl though, outer beauty attracts them, but the inner beauty keeps them.

Inner beauty is more important, yet you still need to take care of your looks regardless. But in the long run it's who you are that keeps a relationship going.

It's usually inner beauty that keeps things together. Outer beauty can hide some evil things from the world. OUter beauty can also fade, leaving a resentful old hag.

Your heart makes you beautiful. You can be the ugliest person in the world but a good heart will make you beautiful to all.

I would say outer beauty draws them in, but inner beauty keeps them.

well I think the most realistic way of looking at it is that all humans (despite of what some of might deny) go for looks first. Its inborn...if a person is goodlooking then u want to get to know that person...but then maybe Im being cynical...maybe there are really good ppl out there who really look at ur soul and heart and not ur body and face....
