" Victim " --- Hate the word ...
Any one with breath in their lungs is blessed. Victim is just a way for indiviudals/corporations to avoid personal responsability.
Minority's acutally seem to take on more responsabilties since they are assuming more risk ... however, this risk is lessened when the minority falls onto socialist governmental services. Most minority's don't use this because of lack of understanding ... however, I loath the one's who understand and dont' try to accept responsability and get out of welfare.

First of all, broaden your scope. History knows of times and places when minorities were the oppressors, not the oppressed. Just look at South Africa under apartheid.
Second, a lot of disadvantages come from deficient elementary education. If you haven't learned to read properly, what are your chances of learning anything else?
Conversely, the well-to-do minorities are known to value education almost above everything else; some even have a cadre of teachers to provide that education. As a starting point, read "Why Jews Don't Farm" by Steven E. Landsburg:

I live in California in a city of about 150,000. A black local college professor and his black wife, a local judge, were attacked, beaten and hospitalized by what appears to be skin heads while they were getting gas. They were not poor, they were not gangsters, both have an excellent work ethic. The appearance of incredible sucess to say the least. Their only problem is they were black. This is just 1 scenario of a minority victim very contrary to your implication of disavantage or poor work ethic. You really need to open your eyes and stop parroting what someone may have told you.

Viewing oneself as a perpetual victim does keep a person in a position of always feeling oppressed. That person then feels like it is not them that can improve their situation but it is someone else who owes them something.
The victim feels that working hard will not change their situation. They also feel like the shouldn't have to work hard because of something that they suffered.
"Get over it", I say. No situation will improve by playing the blame game. Hard work does pay off. People need to be responsible for their own lives and not expect others to do something for them.

No I have disadvantages in my life but as a white person I don't get special privivlages. Minorities have a tendency to create alot of their own problems by having too many children when they have little education and earning power.

Minorities WERE victims, and in some parts of the country they still are, but in California, they are treated as equals mostly.

My step-daughter was jogging and a car of people passsed, throwing liquid on her and saying "run, ni**er, run" and i am very angry about this and i feel sad that people did this to her. Because now she feels unsafe to jog outside in her town. I feel in this case she is a victim of racism - she did nothing to deserve this. She is not lazy or stupid. She is simply half african-american. I resent your implication that my stepdaughter is lazy because she is a victim of racism.

it is all bullsh!t.
If they want to complain about being a minority and the injustices/disadvantages of such a status then go back to where you came from and then you wouldn't be a minority anymore.
I hate complainers.
