Does anyone hear the city name "Eugene, Oregon" and have any pre-conceived notions about the city or the people that live there? I'm a native Eugenian, and I've always wondered what the outsides think. Go ahead, speak your mind (I've seen jokes about Eugene Oregon on both the Simpsons and Futurama and I think It's funny).

I think it is just great. Beautiful, liberal, educated, great university there, weather is nice. I have very positive ideas. A friend goes to graduate school there.

When i hear Eugene, Oregon i think flanel. That's cool though. I live in Orlando, Florida and every day i know someone's crackin a mouse joke. Plus Oregon is so beautiful.
