if u wax ur eyebrows and then the hair grows bak and u pluck it out, will it grow bak to b as thick as it was b4 i waxed it?

As a licensed cosmetologist, I can tell you that your hair will not grow back thicker. It is what it is. Over a period of time of waxing & plucking you will notice that the hair does not even grow back as fast which is due to the hair being completely removed from the follicle. Over time, the skin will grow over the follicle just as it does in baldness. Also keep in mind that your eyebrows shed & grow back at a different rate throughout the brow. This is why when women lighten their eyebrows at some point they return to the same color.

Yes. Waxing, shaving, or plucking has no affect on how thick your eyebrows will grow back. I'm not sure about laser removal though.

Every time you remove your hair and it grows back, it's going to be thicker but it depends on your personal hair thickness overall just how thick it will be and how noticeable it will be.

yes as far as i know it will. the only way it won't grow back is if you kill the follicle.
