My boyfriend (of 7 months) birthday is this monday. and i have no idea what to get him. he already told me that i dont have to get him any thing, that all he wants is to spend the whole day with me. but i do want to give him at least a lil something, but i dont know what. What do you think i should get him? and dont say any thing sexual or w.e

take him to a comedy show. nothing like a live act for a specail occassion!

You should get him something fun that can be used in your "whole day spent together." This way you will have got him what he asked for (day w/ you,) but also a special gift. Figure out what you are gonna do based on what he likes and what you know he would enjoy. Make all the plans for the day, buy a gift that will aide in those plans, and surprise him on the day.
At the beginning of your day together give him the gift, when he opens it, not only will it be a present, but it will reveal the surprise special day you have in store for him.
Does he like hiking? plan a day long hiking trip and give him some gear
Does he like the beach? plan a special picnic, lounging, moonlit walk and give him something to use at the beach
Be creative with it and figure out what he would love to do the best, the present you get him will be special because it will serve as a memory of your day together, and since it's oriented for something he likes to do, he can use it again!!!
PS - Make sure to run the plans by his family/friends...anyone else who might be planning on seeing him that day.

Ah, a way to a guy's heart is something which did not come out with a label. I suggest you make him a nice little card, with your own hand ( you need not be an artist for this), and a little handwritten note with some memorable moments you spent with your boyfriend. Or telling him how much you love him (need not be poetic :) ). You can put this letter in an envelope and write his name on it, (dont overdo it - just his name and a squiggly or two). You can add a bouquet of fresh flowers (tied with a simple ribbon). Sure to bring a smile on his face. :)

Is there a sporting event that you could tickets for or a concert? Then you two can do something together, but special. Or plan a b-day get together as a surprise. Invite his friends over for a party, and just pay for the snacks and drinks,,, they will bring gifts, and it s something you went out of your way to do. Good luck

If he wants to spend the day with you, get dressed up and take him to a nice romantic dinner.
Get him one single red rose, a nice card and a bottle of wine.
After the dinner enjoy the wine.
The rest will fall into place.

I agree with cosaxteacher and cujo. If you don't know what to get him and don't want something sexual as an option...then find a B.F that you can understand better...cause if you don't know what to get him then simply give him a night that will make him forget that it's his B-Day.

If you have no clue of what kind of things he wants by now, yo are doing something wrong in your relationship. Maybe you should get some relationship counseling to figure out why you have no clue of his likes/dislikes and interests.

the best thing would be some lines written by u dictated by ur heart...... alongwith that just do what u think would be best don't rely on others because he is ur bf and not mine or anyone else's
