Best is a very relative term that can't really be correctly applied to anything musical. In terms of dicipline and technique if you can play Jazz or Classical you can pretty much play anything. You should really focus on which ever style speaks to you and makes you feel good about playing.

It depends entirely on your musical tastes. Do you like fast music? Slow? Seductive? Go with a style, and make it all yours.. And seriously... Studying all of them can never hurt, either, because they might come more naturally than you think. You might find something you didn't expect, and then you can also have experiences in many genres.... and you can always be like "yeah, i can play like, 4 different musical styles!!"

None are best. It all depends on what you like the most. Even if you decide to focus on one style, learning about all of them will make you a more well rounded guitarist.
