Does it hurt to get your belly button pierced?!?!? My mom never had it done and she didn't say it hurts she just said i had to wait a few years!! but i was wondering if it hurts!!

it does not hurt. if you have a good piercer it goes soo fast that you don't even realize that it's done. It didn't hurt nearly as much as i thought it would. I love my piercing. it just takes so long to heal

I think it depends on your own threshold of pain. It wasnt hurtful to me at all but my friend was very sore for a while afterwards as it was healing. I dont think the pain is so terribly awful.

It did not hurt me, and I hate needles. they clamp it and you feel that pressure and not needle. does not hurt until after it is done and it heals. '
i had a baby and they make pregnant rings so it is something that you never have to give up and keep forever.

It depends on your own personal pain tolerance.
For me personaly, NO it did not hurt.
It was more of a pain in the but keeping it clean so it would heal.

not that much, but sometimes it can start an infection. i got mine done, and it didn't have an infection, but mine friend got hers done not to long ago (She' 3 years younger than me) and she got an infection, so i think you should wait a while. i'm 28

of course it dosn't hurt... all you feel is a pinch when the needle goes through & it's just about over.
