I have a friend that goes to work everyday w/out panties on, and her fellow co workers have come to know about it. everytime I see her, she always jokes about how the guys try to say she smells like tuna, but I notice that she really DOES have an odor. She thinks its a joke to go to work w/out panties, but I think she's going to get into serious trouble. I've tried talking to her before, but again, she laughs it off. What should I do?

Why do you feel like shes going to get in serious trouble? As in shes asking for trouble? Or her boss may find it inappropriate for her co workers to be distracted by someone who is open about what she is or isn't wearing under her clothing. Take her aside one day when she is mention the comments about her "smell" and tell her politely that they are not joking and you've noticed it but you didn't want to offend her, but now it's become a problem and a distraction for you and your co workers.

Tell her her coochie stinks, that you smell it, and the guys at work aren't joking cause if you smell it, they do too. Sometimes you have to be blunt in order to get your point across. I know I would, especially if she came to my house with no panties on. No way in hell she'd sit on anything put the toilet, and even then it's lysol on the seat, cause if she's stinking, there's probably an infection there too. Just let her know that panties were invented for a reason, so use them. What does she do about her period? I don't care if you do use tampons, they sometimes leak and you need something there to catch it. No panties, where does it go? EVERYWHERE IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO!!! She's nasty!

If I were you Id take her to the side and tell her from a woman to another I want you know that the jokes about you are not funny....they are real and as a woman I would expect you to come to me if I were in your shoes. And tell her straight up. You really do have an odor and I think I know why. And tell her, its not cute to go without panties...it can cause a fowl odor....and I think in your situation, thats your problem.

I write her a note and explain about the oder she either has a infection or needs to bath daily. That way she isn't upset that its coming from you. But she gets the message that she does have a smell. Panties off or on still she shou;ld not smell.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. You've talked to her, now its up to her supervisor. If its a problem at work they will tell her. If the odor bothers you when you are with her, you will need to use tough love and tell her you can't hang with her unless she wears panties.

You have to tell her. I mean, I think it is really nasty but at the very least it is completely unprofessional. You need to delicately tell her that she has to present herself in a respectable manner. No one gives you respect you demand it. By her flaunting her lack of underwear she is demeaning herself and asking to be demeaned in return. It is really a sad cry for attention. Don't say that but between you and I, it's kinda sad.

What I think you are trying too keep her away from her bad action.
I also think you are very sensitive about her behavior and want to make her understand that, she is not in a correct way.
Please take it easy and not to mention again. Keep away yourself of her let her to do what she want, because your health is very important for you than repairing her.

Just pull her to the side and tell her she DOES smell, tell her she should wear wunder wear or at least a thong... tell her to use some feminine hygiene stuff too (vagisil or something) to stop her bad b.o....Tell her youre serious and she should be embarassed...tell her to be a lady and stop torturing every one with her stentch

She seriously needs to get a grip on her lifestyle, does she not care that people are making fun of her, i would not be surprised if she gets fired just for not letting her co-workers concentrate.
