According to my daughter who seen the movie. He did a cameo appearance in the ending of the movie.

No. That movie (Tokyo Drift) is not even related tot he first 2. The first 2 were a series to say. This one is a whole new story obviously in Japan out of site from the first move and with all new people.
I think there may be one guy who is the same but he didn't play a major role in the first 2.

when i seen previews for fast and the furious 3 the one guy look like Vin diesel but i look really close and it look like his twin brother or someone that's is a look a like .

Yes he is!!!! my nephew went to see it and he is in htat movie you can see him on previews on tv too...
