I assume you mean for humans.

Air (particularly Earths air mixture of oxygen, carbon and nitrogen), Water, and plants. We couldn't survive long if any of the three did not exist.

Oh yeah...soil and food are great resources.... sheesh!

How about hydro (such as wave action), wind and solar resources. All three very basic and easily harnessed.
