Yeah, one of those. If you know someone with that name, pronounce it the way she pronounces it. If you're just reading it off a page, it's OK to ask in the moment which is correct, because different people pronounce it different ways. I think it's usually AN-dree-uh in America, but you will occasionally meet someone who says On-DRAY-uh.

It depends on the nationality of the person....for Americans, it's usually "An-Dree-Uh"; for those in Europe, like Andrea Bocelli, it's "On-Dray-Uh".

I was wondering the exact same thing=) Guess it doesn't hurt to ask the person how best to pronounce their name, lol. I do think that both the pronunciations you've mentioned are correct though it mostly depends on how anal they are about it. Personally, mispronouncing names are the least of worries among others.
