if yes can you provide me list of persons or firm who is intrested in this or way to find people or firm who are seeking this type personel adviser they have to pay me money only if they are able to gain more than bank deposit intrest rate

Yes, it is possible. You should start a newsletter. As to a list of potential customers, no one is going to give you one for free. You may have to buy customer lists from brokerage firms and credit card companies...

That would be a stock analyst, and if you think you know what you're doing, you can start doing it right now -- just apply for a business license and start advertising your services to private investors. If, however, you want to work for a firm like a stock brokerage, you'll probably need at least some certification or credentials, like a business degree... they don't just let any Joe Schmo in off the street, give him a desk and say, "Okay, what should people buy?"

No. It is too easy to learn how to do it yourself. You are simply charting past patterns. Anyone can do it and look for bollinger bands, head and shoulders, etc...
