Does it hurt to get your belly button pierced?!?!?

i have 17 peircings and i have my bellybotton done 6 times and it dose not hurt at all. all u feel is a lil poke it dosnt hurt at all. make shure u use a halo neddle

NO! Not at ALL!! I thought that it would hurt really really bad, but it was the LEAST painful of all my peircings...I would go get it done 10 more times, thats how much it DOESNT hurt!! I think getting your ears pierced hurts less then the belly button, but I guess it depends on who you have pierce it....the guy that I had do mine was really really good and has been doing piercings for a long time! My nose was the most painful piercing, but some other guy did that one...so i dunno...but no, i didnt think it hurt at all!! What hurts is the recovery time....it hurts every time you bump it or your pants rub on it or you lay on it too much, etc...but the actual piercing doesnt hurt at all!! Do IT!! They are cute piercings!!

A little, yes. If you decide to get it pierced, just remember to keep it clean, because infections are what really hurt.

Not at all, it feels like a small bee sting, now a day or so afterward it will be a lil sore, but as long as you wear low rise jeans and dont get anything caught on it you will be find

My mom got one and she said that I it felt like a bee stinging you!!!
Also when the needle goes through you will see a big chunk of skin fly across the room!!! Its really gross!!! You really don't want to get it infected cause it will hurt like heck and it will turn green so when you get it make sure you keep it clean!!!
I thought about getting one so I hope I don't hurt to bad!!!!

I don't think so, well i don't think anything really hurts they sorta feel good. They feel really good actually. I have my ears pierced 3 times and one on the top of my left ear,my right eyebrow, and my tongue. My next one will be my bellybutton though.

I just answered a Q yesterday about "does a belly button make me sexyer?" and about 90% people answered "no". So why do you need it?

my cousin got it done and said it doesnt hurt that much. Now she wants to go get her nose pierced.
