What do you expect in a Lender?

I work for a mortgage company and I want to know besides interest rate and closing costs (everyone says that), what is important to people when choosing a lender.

knowing that you will take good care of them. like keeping them inform of their situation. let them know that you care and you will do what ever it takes to make the transaction as fast and smooth.
