This is gonna sound gross, but movie and tv stars use a hemorrhoid cream (cuz to temporarily get rid of the discomfort of hemorrhoids you only have to bring the swelling down), so just apply a dab under each eye. When applying anything to under your eyes, start from the outer corner of the eye and gently rub to the inner corner; otherwise you help make your bags bigger. If you won't do that, cucumber slices are also good for that.

Try cold used tea bags, for 10 min for about a week

I know this sounds rid.. but put metal spoons in the freezer for 30 mins- 1 hr... Once you take them out... place them over your eye! let it sit for anywhere 5-15 mins!
It WORKS!!
