what you are looking a tthere 2p0h2 is from a tab - the way people write music online - without notes - dead easy to read.
the strings will be set out like so (picture) and then the numbers represent the fret number so 0 means the string is open and 2 means your finger is on the 2nd fret. usualy people use the letters p/h to mean pulloff/hammer so to answer your question
/----------(high)
/----------
/-2p0h2-
/----------
/----------
/----------(low)
you would pluck the 2 then pullyour finger off the string and then esentialy put it back on - it will make a trill. try until it sounds right

What It's reffering to is a pull-off and a hammer-on, when you pick the note your finger will be on a string on the second fret after you have picked the note snap your finger of the string which will ring the open note (pull-off) and then put your finger back onto the note (hammer-on) but you only pick the note once. Resulting in 2p0h2

h = hammer-on
p = pull-off

when written in tab form you just do a hammer-on or pull-off using the following note.

do you want to know how to play hammer-ons and pull-offs? let us know!
