What the worst thing your baby ever did that almost made you sick
to your stomach?

When my younger daughter was two (does that count as a baby?) she picked up something so disgusting I couldn't even stand to touch it myself. Here's how the story goes.
It was the summer of 1982 in a little town outside of Memphis, TN, and it was VERY HOT! Our neighborhood had a real slug problem (you know, those slimey little snails witout shells). My neighbor across the backyard from me (they also had a two-year-old) put a tin pie plate of beer on his back porch to draw the slugs in and when they came to it he poured salt all over them to kill them. Then they went on vacation and left them there to dry in the sun.
I was outside with my girls hanging laundry on the clothesline and I looked over at my neighbors house and saw my precious angel sitting on their back steps so I went over to see what she was up to.
She had one of those slugs in her hand and was knawing on it like a piece of beef jerky. They had dried to a real dark brown leathery consistency. She had brown juice dribbling down her chin like someone who chews tobacco.
I shreiked, grabbed her hand and began to shake it yelling for her to let go. Well, she thought this was a really fun game so she held on all the tighter. I finally had to pick up a stick and pry her chubby little fingers open so the nasty little thing would fall out.
I took her home (puked), brushed her teeth FIVE TIMES and gave her juice, soda pop, and anything else she wanted to drink the rest of the day. I also thanked my neighbors very kindly when they returned. Boy did they have a good laugh about that!

Anyone who ever said that if you loved your child, nothing they ever do will gross your out, has got to be blind or has absolutely no sense of smell. When my son was about 2 months old, he used to have so much bowel at one time that it would ooze out the back and sides of his diaper, onto his back, legs and of course all over his clothes. Not only was it the worst smell ever, there was nothing you could do to not get it on you while trying to clean it up. UGH! Just thinking about it....disgusting, but I still love him :)

My baby wasn't exactly newborn when this happened, but she spit up in my mouth when I was laying down on the floor playing "rocket" with her. I almost vomited on the spot and had a horrible taste in my mouth even after I rinsed out my mouth.
YUCK!

My son puked a lot when he was young. One time I had him over my knees so that I could burp him and he threw up in to the bag of chips I had right next to me. I did not eat chips for about a year after that. *He now laughs hysterically every time I tell him that story*lol

he had a runny bowel movement that oozed out of his diaper it was yellow and it didn't smell too bad he was breastfed but it was gross cause it ended up on my lap
