Downloading new programs does not in and of itself damage a computer. What does the damage--if any--is that you download too many programs and they eat up all of your memory. If your RAM is overwhelmed, it will cause your computer to run slow or act weird in some other ways. The software you listed here seems like pretty low-megabyte software, so you shouldn't have any problems, unless your computer already has tons of other software loaded. ... But anyway, as long as your software is legitimate (that is, you bought it packaged and sealed, or else it comes from a reputable downloading source) and there are no embedded problems, you should be A-OK with those three programs you're talking about.

It won't damage your computer. It might slow it down a little if the programs try to load themselves automatically when Windows starts. You can stop this with a program called CCleaner (www.ccleaner.com)

not neccesarily it just depends on how much free space and RAM you have availble for programs on your computer. You might want to go through the add/remove programs and unistall any programs you never use or hardly use at all.
