how do you tell a co-worker she is annoying and bossy without hurting their feelings

Unless you have an actual strong friendship with her, you don't. You just have to suck it up and ignore her irritating ways. If she is not in a position of authority over you then you do not need to do what she orders you to do either. Just nod and smile and quietly go on about your duties. She will get the idea soon enough when you just ignore her bad behaviors. If you tell her this you will be stirring up a pot you may wish you had not done so with. She sounds like the sort of person who will run screaming "mental abuse, hostile work conditions" if you try telling her about her behavior.

If it gets bad enough and is affecting others, not just you, then it well could be lowering employee moral. If this is the case then you and your other affected co-workers need to go to your direct supervisor and explain the situation. But, only do this if she is affecting others as well. If she isn't then you are the only one who is allowing her to have the affect on. This is something you need to work on yourself, find out why you are letting her get to you and why you feel a need to do what she is ordering you to do. I wish you the best in coping with this situation. Blessed Be.
