how do you tell a co-worker she is annoying and bossy without hurting their feelings

tell this bossy co-worker that u do not like being spoken to that way.ask her/him to please approach you in a differnt way. also remind them treat someone the way you want to be treated. you got nothing to loose. "kill them with kindness"

If you say anything, you might approach it by suggesting how your co-worker might express herself more constuctively, and how that is different to how you FEEL she is expressing herself to you now.

If that doesn't work, you might want to mention something to your boss.

You can't. Just tell her as nicly as possible and be prepared to remind her when it happens again.

Its hard to do so really but you have to do what you to do , just tell her and let her get of your back .

it dont matter if you hurt their feelings as long as they cant cause you to loose your job
