When you are against the government or against a war you are not a good american despite the fact that you are born in USA and you love this country.So can you explain me why when you are not agree with the choices in your country sometimes you are considered like a bet.Your are not a patriot but an anti-americans.

If you love your country and you feel your country is right, stand buy your country if your heart says it's right. If your heart says no, and you really feel it's so, let your country go.Right or wrong, left or right, deep down inside you know the answer, so do what's right.

A patriot of America is NOT a sheep. A patriot of America does not waste the freedoms afforded to them by the blood of their countrymen by blindly following the leaders they appoint. A patriot of America questions and intercedes their voice, not because they have a right to, but because they are obligated to. A patriot of America exercises their Freedoms because like any other muscle, not using them, well cause you to lose them.
A patriot of America speaks loudly and bold, even when others contradict them in the very same tone. America is a country of countless voices, each with their own tone and own view. A patriot of America pays respect to views opposite their own, because they reserve the right to receive that respect in kind.
Some people wave the flag and scream about patriotism. They're are strict in their views and will damn anyone who thinks differently. They'll piss on the blood of fallen American soldiers by denying another Americans freedoms, and feel like patriots doing it.

Patriots were the people that fought against their own country during the Revolutionary war. Our country then was England. We did not want to be a part of England so we fought them and won.

first of all, the definition of a patriot has nothing to do with the US or any other country. second... a patriot can b an anti-american.
my guess is that u must be young or uneducated to b a patriot or you're just of a poor condition looking 4 a source of money.

A patriot is someone that loves his country and works to better it. It is not someone that wraps himself in the flag, says "America, love it or leave it," and accepts everything the government does as being in the best interest of the nation.

I'm against the war because i know alot of people in the army in Iraq and Afghanistan and i don't want them to die
but i dont think that I'm not patriotic, i can love my country without loving everything it does.

Patriots put faith in there leaders unconditonaly, they dont critisize, mock, question, protest there goverment and they are willin to put the lives on the line for our wars. An' thet shuld wave the flag an shout USA! USA! wenever possible. God bless Amerrca.

Someone who has the courage to do and say as they feel even when it is not popular or could be dangerous. To oppose one's government when one knows that the government is corrupt is a true patriot.
