the first day i worked with her she talked about me badly to the chief, that i am not a good worker in the workplace, or people "like me" should not work there. i cannot understand this, but ever since she said this, all the coworkers talk behind my back about this and have suddenly the same opinion, i need the job to finance my university, what should i do to not lose the job

If you are doing your job right then its nothing this co-workers can do... you forget about what is around you and go do there wht you are getting paid to do. no confrontations do not get in to arguments with them always keep your fellings about them to your self and stay within a managers eye so he can see that you are doing your job and that is them with the problem,you go to work and just work if you keep focus totally on your job there is not going to be time for anything else and the managers and the boss are bound to notice that. keep away from everyone and mind your job....good luck.

Just do your job you are getting paid to work not to make friends.

Talk to your chief, tell them you are concerned that she is creating a "hostile environment" for you. They should do something about it.

go talk to the chief.and dont listen to what othe r people say its just words they wont hurt you.is dhe pretty then thats why
