The doctors can get close. I actually know of a case where a child was turned into social services that was living on the street. He was with a woman that was not his mother. He was malnourished and was the size of a 4 year old. The doctor said he was actually 8 years old. When he was finally adopted the judge assigned him a birthday. True Story.
P.S. The boy is fine now and has grown to the normal size he should be, and doing very well.

Compare yourself with others around you. Do you look and act like the 15-year-olds, or the 50-year-olds? Calender age is not important. Maturity is important. How well do you fit in with your peers? Can you function like others who appear to be the same age as you?

On the other hand, if you live in the USA, there are various local, state & federal agencies who can help you. In my area, it is the hall of records. I presume you are an orphan, otherwise asking others in your family might be a good start.

If not, get your fingerprints taken, and send them to the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. They will give you that info.

Depends on what age you think you could be. If think you are a teenager and under, you could get age xrays done which can tell your age by the development of your bones. Which I guess could work also if you are older by degeneration of your bones. Or if all else fails, pick an age you would like to be and tell everyone that is how old you are.

well I guess you would not know then...there would be no way...unless you did some scientific experiment to determine an approx. age. Like growth of the skull...or bones. You can tell approx. age by how much the plates of the skull have fused together. Or how the bones in the arms or legs have grown. Also the presence of certain chemicals in the body can determine approx. age.

X-rays. Through them doctors can tell if bones are still growing, also they can see bone density. This of course would still only give an approx. age. MRI, maybe, to see the development of the brain, and also see how the organs are developed. Basically any and all tests that can look "inside" the body.

Cut yourself open and count the rings....oh no that is trees. A doctor can give you a more acurate number because of teeth and bone development.

Look inside your mouth: If you have the wisdom teeth, you're over or around your middle twenties. After that, age really doesn't matter, right?

Hope it helps.
