I think it's because they suck. Or maybe because England wants nothing less than the death of every Portugese player. But some people have different ideas as to why it's going to happen. Regardless, the fact that they are losers remains, please give your reaosning as to why they are going to lose.

no maniche will step up and england can not take the heat they also dont have owen and playing a 4-5-1 rooney will be tired and crouch is weak. portugal 2-0

Portugal don't suck.And the English don't want the death of every Portugese player.What they want is for Portugal to play football and not dive,foul and basicaly cheat England out of the World Cup.If everything is fair then yes England will win.

England wants to avenge their last lose against the Portuguese. Without Deco and Costinha, it will be difficult for them to keep possession. And only having one forward on the pitch means that not much offense will be created because the English defense will be able to shut Pauleta down easily.

I'm not saying I like Portugal, but they won't beat England. Until now England hasn't been very good and they haven't impressed me one bit! yeah, I might be totally wrong, but I go for Portugal

Becasue Deco is out...Costinhas out...Figo took a hard hit...guys still lost in space...lol...and ronlado..i think he'll play...:)...2 good players out...sucks for them...they're going to loose i'm sure their confidence took a hit when they lost them...but you never know...england could choke:(...noooo

Cos Portugal are overrated...missing two of their best players...and won't be able to cheat as much as they have been so far...
