No they just happen constantly so if you look, you don't even have to look hard, just analyze the bad things in life I am sure that you can find three in a row. Actually I am sure you can find more than three!

Yes. Everytime. My mom works in a nursing home and when someone dies it just a matter of a few days before someone else dies and then another dies all on the same floor (floor meaning unit example west wing & east wing would be two seperate units)

my grandparents always told me that. they said people died in threes. sometimes it was true or just happened and they used it for an example. creepy but I am not sure I totally believe it.
