it depends on the comb-over/how the balding man deals with it and just how overweight the man is
i personally like bald men so for me, overweight is the bigger turn off in general

Overweight man. No doubt. I guess unless I feel in love with him then he gained weight. Hmmm....Balding men aren't so bad. I mean that is if they had their hair when I meet them and it was because of me it all feel out!!
Seriously though, I'd say overweight.

a balding man can still look hot if he shaves it all off, My ex-boss was such a hottie even though he was loosing his hair but as soon as he shaved it all of he looked even hotter. And an overweight man wont do it for me, Cause I love seeing men in just jeans no shirt.

Becoming overweight can (with a good diet and lots of exercise).
Overweight is less attractive.
