My husband keeps running into walls when he goes to get jobs because of a petty theft that happened when he was 18 years old. When he put it on the application then they don't even hire him, but he doesn't want to lie. Anyone have a job openings???

Why don't the two of you consider starting a home business that you can both build? With effort and dedication, he will earn way more than he ever could in the "work world"....would own his own business and no application to worry about! He would never have to deal with any of the derogatory things associated with applications ever again. I dedicate myself 100% to helping everyone in my organization achieve success, provided they agree to work with me.
I also have a product in demand that is spreading like wildfire!
Just an idea?
