there's different ways that people flirt. i flirt with a boy by always being around him and laughing at stuff he say that he think funny but it don't be. i also hug him and after a while he know I'm flirting and he start flirting back. sometimes if you have a best friend that's a boy and you'll real close that can be the best flirting buddy because you know everything about him and he know everything about you. but if you was like me you would let it stay at best friend's because if you'll go together and then breakup that can mess up a really good and close friendship and it's really hard to find a friend you can trust and tell everything to and if you'll break up you'll will never be as close as you'll was cause you'll broke up and you'll will feel different around each other.
