Sounds like she is either 13, 14, maybe going on 15. Maybe to old for barbies, way to old for dolls, don't know if she is a tomboy or not.
Shirt, cd, watch, shoes, perfume, earrings, Hair things, Bracelets, make a scrape book for her. Harry Potter book, thats if she likes that kind. Pay for a movie, take her to a concert.
I don't know where you getting your money from. If your parents are well off. But they are just some suggestions.

well, first of all depending on her personality, u need to c what kind of person she is. If someone were goth go get them stuff from hot topic or something you know? Since she's your best friend see what previous presents you've given her and get a better and improved present!:P
