u are 28 and mature enough to take decisions of ur life.first b sure that u love her or its just that u want to have sex with her as u are attracted to her.if u really love her and so does she then just go ahead but u should also take care of -ve aspects of ur age difference.

Seriously, don't tell her you love her, just try to talk to her as a friend and see if she enjoys your conversation and company. Can you have a good time together, and can she trust you to treat her with respect and consideration?

My guess is this, don't ask how I know, you have trouble (shy, poor self image, low self esteem, whatever) talking with women your age. Maybe you don't even like their personalities - phooey on all that "women mature faster than men" crap! That doesn't mean older women - this 58y/o one in particular - will think you are special just cuz you think they are.
