Best Rapper Of All Time: Dr. Dre/2 pac, they were the first one to really make it big and popular
Best Rapper of The 90's: Jay-Z. he had the best beats, rhymes, and he might argubly be the best ever.
Best Rapper Currently: Lil Wayne, just listen to his songs, his rymes are always sick and he can just rap, he can go fast, slow, whatever he can do it.
