Superman. He would crush her with one punch and never touch her skin.
Rogue wold be all like, "OK, hold still so I can touch you. Wait, you're moving to fast. Oh, I'm dead."

I like Superman but did anyone see the X-Men 1 or 2? Once Rogue absorbs Supes powers, he will be drained of his life force and she will be superpowered. That is a beatdown waiting to happen. Rogue wins easily!!!

All Rogue needs to do is just touch him and he's done for. The disadvantage is that Rogue is not faster than him. So superman would win no doubt! The other way she could win is if she wears kryptonite...I still believe Superman would win.

No contest. Superman. To the previous posters let me remind you that Superman has fought a villain much like Rouge and won repeatedly! That villain is known as the Parasite. All Superman has to do is use super speed to K.O. Rogue or any other of his NINE super powers!
Rouge has no chance. In this contest she is severely out classed.

You have to wonder at which stage of Rogue's powers you are talking about. When rogue has already killed Lady Marvel and stolen her strength, then I believe she would give the Man of Steel a run for his money. She could handle him blow for blow in a straight boxing fight, and she would also have the abilty to steal his power... but he still has laser vision.
It is a toss-up.

She would absorb his powers and spank him. Rogue by a small margin.don't forget that she has the green rock option or a red sun energy blast even before the absorption thing. Peace.

It would never end. She would absorb her powers and they would just beat the crap out of each other. Maybe Rogue, she used to be a villain and she would do stuff that Supes never would
