YES, I love Indian cuisine. My husband introduced me to Indian food about 5 years ago, and I can't get enough of it. My favorites are chicken tikka masala, basmati rice, naan, (Which I can make all at home now!) I also love chicken vindaloo, and mango lassi's are the best!

Indian food is pretty simple to make a home. Samosa's are awesome, and I have made them once at home, but they do take some time.

Yum, now I'm hungry!

You have specifically called it "Indian" cuisine so I will answer your question in that light. We have lots of Indian restaurants and takeaways in the UK and it is high on the list of most eaten food in this country. I love it and like to try new dishes. However, I can not eat the very hot ones. Madras is about the hottest I can eat. People here often make curries at home. I always have onion bajhis (hope I spelt that right), poppadoms, raita and naan bread with my curry and pillau rice. Pillau rice is very easy to make but a lot of young people have chips (fries) with their curries.

Depends on which part of Indian we are talking about. Like the north is good with milk based sweets and tandoori type of items. Then Gujarat is famous for it Thali. West Bengal for its sweets again. The South of India for its idli/ dosa kind of preparations.

Various Cities also have their specialties like Hyderabadi Biryani (best had in Bombay)

Simply the best reward there is when you dine out! My favorite is Navratan Korma, sometimes called a side dish, but so delicious with its creamy sauce over potatoes and other veggies. Add nuts and spices, a few raisens. O my gosh we're in heaven.
