talk to them on issues they relate to. its about bonding, find out what they usually talk about, joke about, say sports, etc. talk a little about it until they accept you...

U can't please everybody all of the time. If ur doing the job to ur employers specifications, that should be enough. Now, if u think a sense of humor would work to ur advantage, look for some jokes to tell, or share funny stories which've happened in ur life. I'm sure some peopl in ur life think u have a sense of humor, ask them what u do to make them laugh. But ur co-workers, don't worry about them, if they don't like u, they don't. Maybe they're jelous, since u do the job so well, that u don't need a sense of humor to charm ur boss or the customers. And hey, if it's meant to be, you'll grow on them, but if they're too much of a hassle for u, and ur boss doesn't have any remedies for u, then find another job where the working atmosphere is better. I mean, if ur a bit of a sad person, this envirnment doesn't sound good for u, u need ur mood elevated, if not for u, for ur customers. Be urself! I'm not saying change in anyway, these suggestions are just little improvements that u could use on the job to benefit u rite now.

Try not to be captain bringdown. Happiness is a personal choice. Wake up and look at the brighter side of things and stop throwing yourself a pity party.

You don't need to feel bad about that. What you need to do is build up your self-esteem. Learn to relax and take things in stride you need to learn how to smile and laugh. What ever has prison you in this body of a sad person, you need to break loose and enjoy life. here is a joke, hope you smile. a teacher said to one of her students John say the alphabet, being scared that he didn't know his letters he started, abcdefghijklmnoqrstuvwxyz. the teacher said John! you forget the p, the child said no it's running down my leg.

Smile more, your in a face to face customer service job. People don't want to deal with Eyore, they want Winnie the Pooh, or Tigger. So put on a happy face, and pretend to be happy even if your not. Or find a job that isn't in customer service.

Do they sign your paycheck? Then I wouldn't worry about it and do what everyone else is telling you to do be yourself
