Well...cut out caffine and salt from your diet. Apply a heating pad and exercise (I know that sounds hard cause you feel bad, but it's the best thing for you). From now on, make sure you stick with a healthy diet and exercise and your future periods won't hurt as much. Also, try some almonds...they help a little.

A heating pad, with a damp washcloth can help. Try to avoid caffeine and dairy. Eat some high protein food, and take an iron supplement if you can. A massage or a visit to a chiropractor can also help a lot. Exercise, especially yoga or similar slow movements and stretching can be beneficial.

C'est la vie... I have bad cramps, but I realized that when I'm active (excersie, shopping, etc...) they're not as intense. They hurt like hell when I'm just curled up in my bed. Aleve and the 600-800mg pain relievers my dentist prescribed for my tooth pain work very well. Cramps are gone in like 10-20 minutes when they usually last a day to a day and a half with out meds.

Mine was always terrible. Lay on your stomach with a heating pad on it. Or lay on your back with the heating pad on your stomach and put some really heavy books on top. Sounds crazy but it does work. Also there are pills called backaid that come in a blue box they really help with the cramps.

A heating pad. Get you a playtex sticky heating pad that sticky to the OUTSIDE of your panties. I always have to use those and they work really well. Drinking hot tea also helps. And try to just lay down, breath deep and relax.

Pain medication. Midol, tylenol, I use motrin. Drink some very hot fluid and take a hot bath to soothe the pain.

Yes, go soak in the bath tub in warm to hot water. That might ease the pain.

Next, consult a trusted female figure in your life and explain this and any other feelings that arise. Also, ask her about the dangers of being a young girl on the Internet, sharing said difficulties.
