Metallica as a band are cemented in history as heavy metal's greatest acts. Sure they got softer, slower and less aggressive but they don;t suck. U must not be a fan of Metal. If you were you would NEVER say that metallica sucks. It is the equivalent of saying Biggie and 2Pac suck as rap artists.

Metallica use to ROCK! NOW THEY SUCK!!!! I agree, they suck. That Some Kind of Monster movie makes me so mad. They have turned into such girls. What happeded to the old days with Kill em All, Lightning, Puppets, Black. They are so gay now that it makes me want to throw up. St. Anger might be the worst album ever put out. I think that my grandmother could make a better CD and she is dead.
I wish I could tell them all how gay they are now and that their music is garbage now.

How old are you? Were you around back in the day when "..And Justice For All" was (and still is) their greatest album? It is a metal masterpeice and still rocks today in this world of emo-bands Fall-Out Boy and whiny frat boy wanna-be rockers. If you don't have this album or have heard, I suggest you get a copy. If you are any kind of rock fan at all, it will break your neck. St. Anger was iffy. I am not going to defend it, but one bad album doens't ruin the band. I am pretty sure the Beatles would take back Rubber Soul.

are u a guitar player indeed...?coz if u really were u wouldnt ask that question.metallica rules and the fact that they reappeared on the music stage proves that. All they've been through and all the music they gave us proves that too.They rock and even now when they seem to change their style there is something that makes them be the best....after all..their new album seems to be the only one performing that style...i wish them good luck!

their newer music does, but i like the first discs like Kill 'em all and Master of puppets.
like my brother says, in the 90s they started to suck. he's says cause the singer lost his voice, but if you ask me, henever really had a voice. i like the songs before he starts singing
