I need help with proper office etiquette.

The proper way to fold a letter is in to thirds with the top of the page as the one that will be on the top or showing when placed in an envelope (so when the receiver opens it the first thing they will see is the logo). You can fold the other two "thirds" like a fan. This is hard to explain without being able to show you - hope it helps!

Fold from bottom to top, 1/3 the distance from the top, then fold from the top down over the bottom fold. This should fit perfectly into an envelope, 4 1/8" X 9 1/2".

Like junk mail I get in my mailbox, they're all folded twice. Top part towards the bottom part. And then the bottom part folded up towards the top part. If you can imagine what I'm saying.
