You are obviously constipated, but I dont know why the laxatives arent working. Maybe you have a slight blockage somewhere in your bowels. How long has this been happening?? Try eating loads n loads of fruit n veg and not much else just for one to two days, this should flush you out a bit better. Eat lots of raisins or prunes if you like them. Natural prune juice is very good too its like a natural laxative, but tastes quite horrible. You can also buy fibogel in the chemist that may help. Try not to eat too much bulky foods that will bloat you even more like bread etc. Better still see your gp they will help as much as possible as there may be a reason why you can not go to the toilet etc. Leave out bananas too as they can block up the intestines if you eat too many. Good luck.

Ok, it is really not healthy not to go to the loo regularly. This is what you need to do: Eat regularly, and eat high fibre foods, expecially breakfast cereals. This helps to bulk up your poop and pass easily through your digestive system also reducing the risk of bowl cancer.
Drink more water, you're body needs more than a litre of water a day, it needs 2and a half litres.
And move ya body, walking and running or any kind of activity will get your bowls moving. Try even jumping up and down.

These things will help you, but it is important to see a doctor if it doesn't of if you don' t go to the toilet soon as it can be life threating.
Good luck.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. I always advise my patients to take physilium seed (powder form) it contains friendly bacteria and adds bulk to your stools by absorbing water. You can but his at any health store. Also, you are not drinking enough water, everyone should drink at least 2 litres of water a day. You have the start of IBS, see a nutritionist who will help you with your diet.

You need to add more fiber to your diet, there are many different forms of it out now that you can drink, add it to your food when you cook or take in a pill form. Also watch your iron intake it can cause constipation. If it keeps up I would see a doctor there may be something wrong with your bowels, don't let it prolong please.

Try eating oatmeal every morning and exercise. It might be boring but this may work for you. Also, try a stool softener. Your pharmacy can recommend one. See a doctor if this continues. But you knew that.
