wear what makes you feel good, sexy and confy. Go for a casual, fresh look, since is so hot outside.

casual... if you have jean capri's with a bright color tank and matching flip flops... keep the make up to a minimum and look natural but beautiful... pull you hair back in a messy pony tail... aww i wanna play dress up now or go shopping .... good luck

depends on what type of clothes you have but i would suggest this-
-white mini skirt with gold accents
-red halter top or tank top
-wedge sandals with either white or red on them
-a cute purse that you think just clicks with your outfit
-pink or white eyeshadow
-light red lipgloss
-pink blush
-not very much foundation
-black mascara
